Additional Rules of The Sim Experience

Addendum of the rules of The Sim Experience

The following additional rules, along with the pre-written rules of Forum Motion are always in effect, with no exceptions. These rules and regulations are here to not only keep The Sim Experience a fun place to be, but to also promote safety and free creativity.

1. No harsh critiques of views, responses, topics, and/or works are allowed. Senior site staff (The Owner/Webmaster, Co-Owners and/or Administrators) are to determine what is harsh and what is not.

2. The discussion of politics, religion, and other very taboo subjects are not allowed.

3. No vulgar language and/or slang is allowed.

4. Site staff, in addition to these rules, have special rules and regulations that applies to them. These are available to them in the site staff area of the site.

5. Spamming of The Sim Experience is not allowed. Those who post spam (i.e. links to advertising, links to viruses, malware, etc.) will be permanently banned and reported to the United States Federal Bureau of Investigations, U.S. Department of Homeland Security, and/or other national and international law enforcement agencies.

6. The same rules that applies to the forums also applies to chat, and The Exchange.

7. Membership into The Sim Experience is not a right, but a privilege. A privilege that can be quickly taken away. The same applies to members of the site staff.

8. Multiple registrations by a single member (including same IP address) are not allowed. Such registrations will be deleted and members will be permanently banned.

9. Posting of other persons works (BATs, LOTs, PROPs, MAPs, MODs, etc.) are not allowed, without written permission from the original author that is submitted to kojak313, Founder, Owner and Webmaster.

10. Crawling of The Sim Experience by individuals and/or search engines is strictly prohibited. Those who crawl the site will be banned and will face legal action.

11. All laws governing The Sim Experience are those of the United States of America, and the State of Michigan. Other laws (international) may also apply.

Disciplinary Actions

Those who violates the rules can face the following punishment:

-Temporary and permanent bans
-Letters of Warning
-Removal of Site Staff status (i.e. permanent staff termination)
-Reporting to various law enforcement agencies
-Possible legal actions (in severe cases of violations)

Disciplinary actions made by Co-Owners, Administrators, Global Moderators, and Moderators are reviewed by kojak313, Founder, Owner, and Webmaster of The Sim Experience.

Discipline rendered by kojak313 can not, and will not be appealed. All disciplinary actions by kojak313 are final, so don't even ask for a second chance.

Kojak313 reserves the rights to add additional rules and regulations, and/or subtract rules and regulations with or without notice.
