Change A Letter Game

The rules are simple, I'll post a word and the person replying after me makes a new word.

He/she can change only one letter from my word. example: Mine, Dine, Dime, Lime...etc

You can also add/remove a new letter, if you do that, than you can't remove/change any other letter. example: cop, cope, hope, rope... etc
